Fee:  ¥1200
Trial time:  10:00~11:30
Trial dates (choice of one):  7/7, 7/13, 9/8, 9/15
Limit of 4 participants on each date

• Available to children with birth dates between 10/1/2020~4/1/2022
• One parent/guardian must attend
• Things to bring:  Clothes for outdoor play, extra clothes,
  drink bottle, hand towel, diapers & wipes
